Used with our Balloon Sticks*, these soft edge Twist Lock Cups lock tight and keep balloons for display or for distributing perfectly secure. Best yet- they’re made of a completely recyclable material! Available sizes include REGULAR (TLC-R), which come 1600 per case (100 per bag, 16 bags) or SMALL (TLC-S), which come 4800 per case (100 per bag, 48 bags). These are sold only by the case.
