Zephyr’s Balloon Hand Pumps feature a dual-action airflow that inflates balloons with far less effort than a traditional hand pump. These pumps are 12 inches long and come in red, blue, or green. Zephyr Balloon Hand Pumps are sold by the case, with each of the 72 pumps per case individually packaged in poly bags with hanging header cards. Picture shown is an example only.
