Zephyr’s patented Balloon Rings for our Latex Arch & Column Kits are sold in bags of 20 or 40. Simply slip a knotted latex balloon into each slot on the balloon ring to form a perfect cluster. The balloon rings slip easily onto the arch cord and extension poles, creating perfect, fast arches and columns. For the layered or spiral effects, just rotate balloon colors on the rings!
